I would request you to refund the amount which I paid today for the services. The reason behind the refund request is the wrong commitment and intend to force the customer to pay the extra amount.
Today I got a call from Mr Sharma([protected] and +[protected]) from shine. Com. In which he told me that I have to take service which will cost me INR 3292 for the "application Booster package" for 6 months. The performa invoice no IN20211230_607634. I made the payment through paytm . The transaction Id IN20211230_607634_183329.
After that, I got a call from ([protected]) (806857 one who is saying he will take care of my account and do the needful changes in my shine profile and I got more calls for the job. Then he said I have to enhance my profile and for the same, I have to pay INR 9440. I said this was not informed by the executive who sold the "Application Booster Package" during the call. Where he was saying he is on a recording call. One should check the recording line. Then I got the mail Performa Invoice for INR 9440 at 7:08 pm 30th Dec 2021. Once o made the payment and got The transaction ID IN20211230_607660_192159 and I shared the same, then he said I have to pay another amount of INR 14158 against the performa invoice. He said he send 2 performa one of INR 9440 and another of INR 14158 and I told him that i got only 1 that of INR 9440 now you are saying I have another Amount of 14158. Whereas I got the performa invoice of 14158 at 7:23 pm 30th Dec 2021after making payment of 9440. So I told I don't require this service which is almost 25000 and why he is not sent both performed at the same time, then I could make a call to make the payment or not.
I told him to process the refund then he says you have to make a payment of 14158 . And there is no refund policy of shine. Com. I made a total amount of INR 12732
