[Resolved] Shine.com — Fraudulent act done by e learning team
I was connected by Shine team, few days ago & informed that I need to pay Rs. 3027, for special services to attract better job opportunity, which I paid, the concerned executive told her name as Anshu Jha. then yesterday I received a from an executive from shine & he introduced himself as Jatin my relationship manager. We started conversation & during our conversation he told me that I need verify 1-2 process to start getting services for which I said ok. He initiated a payment link of Rs 5192 & told this payment is required for education verification for him to start. Then after this payment he sent one more payment link & told this is the last payment I need to do, if I want a good job opportunity. It was Rs. 9556, I was reluctant to pay but he said this last payment required for Employment verification. After making these two payments he again sent a payment link & told me to pay Rs 16000 approx more & said that if I won't pay this amount, he won't be able to provide me full services & only half services will be provided. Then his manager named Vivek started discussion with me & pushed me to pay that amount too, but because of network issue I couldn't pay this amount, meanwhile I heard from the background that he was telling his team members to send other links of payment after this payment. Then I doubted his intentions, and felt that I have been cheated by shine team in the name of offering better job services. I told him that I can't pay anything more, then he threatened me to close my profile, which he did & I lost Rs. 18, 000 to shine team, which is cheating candidates & spoiling market image of company.
Your team did it intentionally by informing me the total cost of package & even they took Rs 18, 000/- & didn't bother to return my money when I said no to their services.
Since shine team cheated my by not telling me everything in beginning & then closed my profile when I didn't pay more money, I want my money back.
I want a resolution for the same.
I expect a better solution for me. For supporting documents I'm adding screen shot of all the mail I received from your team.
