[Resolved]  Shine.com — Misguiding Selling Process

Today I am writing here with too much optimism. On 9th Feb'22 I got a called from Shine.com (Executive Name - Dhanish) regarding a paid service called 'Application highlighter' and I purchased the service (Rs. 3292/-) on 10th Feb'22 under guidance of Executive Abhisek and then I got a call from Executive Pankaj asking me to setting up the account under his guidance but due to lack of time I couldn't continue the conversation. On 12th Feb'22 I called Dhanish for setting up the account and after that I got a call from an Executive Suvangi and she explained every thing. And after few minutes of the call I got a call from Executive Pankaj regarding account setting up and first of all he told me that I have to pay for 'Resume Writing & Employment verification' and though I was hesitating to pay but as per his assurance I paid the amount Rs. 4354/- after that again he told me that, I have to pay for 'Career assessment & Education Verification' and I paid the amount Rs. 5545/-, there after again he told that, I have to pay for 'Professional Summary' and I paid Rs. 9558/- and again he told me that I have to pay (Rs. 12979/-) for Presentation but I denied to pay the amount. Here my complain is that, they were keeping continue to make me pay the amounts one after another without any clear overall prior information. Here my request is that, kindly make the Shine.com refund the amount because it is really a huge amount for me. And also kindly stop this type of selling process which is getting followed by Company's Executive. Thank you.
