Hi I am a registered customer on shine.com. I received a call for job interview for which I was asked for a payment of ₹3550 done via GooglePay. On request for refund, the recruiter asked for a repeat payment of the same amount & disconnected the call midway. *Contact details are mentioned as below +[protected] (Vinay from Shine; Rohit Bansal from Spandan hospital Vadodara) Kindly guide through the refund process.
