My brother got a call from Shine.com to register for their paid services which would cost Rs 3292 and would be valid for 1 year. The services provided in this package is a profile booster service and also assisting on scheduling the interviews as well as provide guidance on preparation for interviews.
He paid this amount and got an acknowledgement email from shine learning on his email.Later he got another call from the team to pay RS 5000 to avail the learning services. The caller was forcing to pay this amount but he denied.There was some agrument on the call on not notifying about this during the first call.Later my brother disconnected the call denying to pay further amount.
This incident happened on 23rd April 2022 and after that he is unable to contact them via phone or email They are not responding on emails.
