I was unaware of so many services to be bought when I was initially being briefed by the relative personnel.
- Future payments were kept hidden by the person and were only disclosed by the personnel only when payment was done.
for example: when i confirmed my payment of Rs. 5192 which was termed as a *COMPULSORY PAYMENT* by the personnel, I was told that there was another payment which is a *COMPULSORY PAYMENT* of Rs. 9556 and this continued and i was being told to do this payment again and again. I have paid more than *91000* to the company.
- When I refused to pay anymore money, I was threatened that services won't be provided properly and he is not responsible if services aren't good.
I was also told if payments aren't done, I would not get my login credentials.
- When asked about refund policies, I was told that shine does not refund any money back and there is no refund policy which I fail to understand as I have not even started using my services and not even given my login credentials and I am asking my money back for the services i haven't even used.
- I don’t want their services and asked for refund. But now they are replying to the calls or emails. I have all the mails and their contact numbers off fraud people.
