Shine.com — Staff not provided upfront payment information
I was trying for change in job. Updated my resume in Shine portal. Before updating I had surgery & discharged from hospital.
Shine staff called me & enquired about me.
They said that there is a combo pack available.
I made Rs.3197.00 which I thought I can afford.
Then two more person called me Amit & Anup requested me to share my resume. Post sharing they did R&D & informed the below services names.

I thought these services will be given for Rs.3197.
Post R&D they did not told upfront payment information for above services. Instead they keep on sending 6 proforma invoices.
I made payment by scared & torture when I was in medication.
I have confirmed to activate services because I paid huge payments but immediately I realized my financial status & said that DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY SERVICES. Also till date I have not received any of the services & do not want any service.
I have also shared my hospital discharge summary reports. Staff not accepting their incorrect guidance.
They did not told me upfront payment information. They did not gave me sufficient time to decide & make payment.
Please help me to get my refund amount of Rs.1, 18, 593.70
