I have spoke to Mr.Arjun from Shine.com as a costumer care representative and would like to register a complaint against him. As a client to Shine.com I have full rights to make a decision on purchase of any career package. Let me explain you in detail about the unprofessional attitude of your representative. I had spoke to your client services representative and he suggested me to purchase a career growth package and I had denied it as I was not interested in it presently. Even after my denial he contacted me on WhatsApp which itself is unprofessional and upon no response from me he saved/ took screenshot of my profile picture and commented on it. I have never expected such a unprofessional behavior from any company representative. Highly ashamed of Shine.com and its professionalism.
