Dear Team, Myself Monty Dave. Yesterday (27.12.2021) i had received a call from Mr. Kuldeep singh who told me to pay only 3292 rupees and bo need to pay any other charges. I have done payment of 3292 then again received a call from Mr. Brijesh who demanding more 10560 rupees to process the same. Its literally a fraud with your clints. Please take a necessary action against the persons and ask them to give full information of payments to the clients in first call only. Also request you to Refund my all amount of rupees 3292 immediately, i dont want to activate any plan. Feb 26, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the refund from the company after so many follow ups. It took almost 2 months but finally done. Thank you so much. Shine.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 19, 2022 Updated by Monty Dave They are not resolving the issue. Already discussed with them the issue many times but asking again and again the same. Now again they are mailing to confirm the time to discuss the same. I have already mentioned on mail the issue but still not resolving. In last call they saying do case if you can. Request you to please help me to resolve the same and get the refund of my money.
