[Resolved] Shine.com — complaint about job mis-selling services | |||||
Got 1st on 11th Sept at [protected] regarding to send updated resume and pay Rs.3000 for registration service. I paid the same amount under order number IN20180911_138116_110448. Same day i have received another call from Ajay (mobile number is [protected]) regarding e-learning option and to pay for that Rs.8909 (Incl GsT). I paid that amount under transaction ID IN20180911_138243_154710. He told me you will get a call from Mumbai team for job interview and they will assist you on every step. To that service you have to pay Rs.17700 again. I have total amount Rs.11909 I am totally shocked….the way shine.com is working…Non-disclosure of service with client ….total misguiding and not telling the truth about payment. Even seniors are not able to listen. Got last call from [protected] from senior end Mr Suresh Nigam…asked to return my paid amount….they are not ready to return….even he was forcing me to pay rest amount to get refund. Pls help.
