[Resolved] Shine.com — complaint about job mis-selling services

Got 1st on 11th Sept at [protected] regarding to send updated resume and pay Rs.3000 for registration service. I paid the same amount under order number IN20180911_138116_110448. Same day i have received another call from Ajay (mobile number is [protected]) regarding e-learning option and to pay for that Rs.8909 (Incl GsT). I paid that amount under transaction ID IN20180911_138243_154710. He told me you will get a call from Mumbai team for job interview and they will assist you on every step. To that service you have to pay Rs.17700 again. I have total amount Rs.11909

I am totally shocked….the way shine.com is working…Non-disclosure of service with client ….total misguiding and not telling the truth about payment. Even seniors are not able to listen.

Got last call from [protected] from senior end Mr Suresh Nigam…asked to return my paid amount….they are not ready to return….even he was forcing me to pay rest amount to get refund.

Pls help.

We would like to notify you that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund. We advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times.

We would request you to kindly check the authenticity of the recruiter before processing. Moreover, the mail which you had received for the interview. You can go for it, but please do not indulge in any kind of monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews.
