[Resolved] Shine.com — demanding of money for further process

I got call from shine for a job from company and they told me to pay 4683/- and after paid they called me and ask me another 6195/- after that again asked 10619/- for further process, i declined and asked them to refund my money. But they didn't respond. Please help me...
