Deduction message from the bank - Rs.10, 049.00 spent on your sbi card ending with 1768 at zes*mobikwik on 13/04/20. If this trxn. A very bad experience that too in lockdown time where there is no chance to contact banks or customer service. Contacted person - priyanka Contact number [protected] Need by 10k back anyhow contacted my bank. And this type of fraud has to be stopped immediately even though it is fraud you people are responsible for it because we trust your name shine and do. Its your foremost to stop all this fraud actions. Need to take action on priyanka hr with whom i had the call conversation. If this issue is not sorted will raise a complain on consumer court. Whereas now i have seen that 20k got deducted from my account, which is not a small amount. I want you to return my money back and take action on the concern person.
