[Resolved]  Shine.com — Misleading customer for the wrong curriculum.

Hello all,

Requesting for refund for misguiding customer.

Got call from shine team for recruitment service and asked me to pay rs. 2799 and i will get multiple services.

Order id #887557
Transaction id: cp[protected]

He explained me in detail and said i need to pay only rs. 2799

But, after payment i got call and asked to pay more rs. 10, 000 to rs. 12, 000/- to get service.

Now, when i opposed to that they said no we sent email. But when i asked them to check my conversation with your team on may 22, 2017 then they only referring to other things but not to calls made by them to me.

Had long debate and discussion with below person:

And what is conclusion is:
No sir, we cant provide you said services. And we can't give you money back also. As we made you fool already.

If some is reading this then please don't ever go with shine.com

Shine.com representative does contacted and said we will get back to you on this. (24 or 25th May).

AND I AM WAITING FOR IT.

Today (01 June) disastrous update:

Shine.com(Unmesh) called me and trying to say the same thing that WE MAKE YOU FOOL AND WE CAN'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

Unmesh said we listen to your call with executive for committing services but we can't provide.

After long debate, he handed over call someone as Mr. Raman and
Raman is like we sent email check that and when asked "what about your colleague committed in your call which you guys listen to recording? Is it right he mentioned?"
He answered "Right" but we can't provide said service.

Lastly call is hanged by Raman saying "We will send you email"

Today's call received from :[protected]

LOOK GUYS, SHINE.COM IS NOT TRUSTABLE AT ALL. THESE GUYS WANTS YOUR MONEY ONLY. THIS IS FEELING I AM GETTING AFTER TODAY'S CALL.
