[Resolved]  Shine.com — money collected for fraudulent services and not refunding back

On 26 october 2018, around noon, i received a call from mr. Dheeraj ojha representing shine.com contacting me about my profile and job opportunity that is available immediate basis and indicated that they charge a one time registration fee of rs.4696 for providing lifetime job searching assistance service. An email proforma invoice for the said amount is sent to my mail id and he was rushing me to pay immediately otherwise i'll lose that opportunity for which i was reluctant and asked him to call back. Couple of hours later, around 3pm, he called again and convinced me to make that payment. Later within an hour at 4 pm, mr. Abhimanyu (Claiming senior team member for dheeraj) called me to explain about additional profile/education verification services and asked to pay another rs.6101 for which i was reluctant. At this time i understood that i'm being trapped and asked to cancel my services and refund the amount that was paid just an hour before. The call got transferred to dheeraj gain and he was trying to convince me about services. I was reluctant because of loss of trust and he transferred the call to mr. Ali who claimed to be dheeraj's manager. He was polite in listening to the concern i had (Dheeraj has not disclosed full payment terms to me initially and told me that rs.4696 will be the full and final amount that i'll pay to avail services). He was trying to convince me taking my concern very lightly asking me to not pay the rs.6101 if i'm not interested. It is not about money but there is no point in doing business when the trust is lost within 1 hour of communicating with multiple people. I asked for refund as it is only 1 hour back that payment was made and have not used any services offered by them as my profile itself was not built by then. He then sounded harsh and rude and told refund cannot be issued and hung up the phone call on me very impolitely. If shine.com is claiming to be an alliance of hindustan times media (Ht media) this kind of behavior and fraud is not expected. I'm expecting my money (Rs. 4696) to be refunded.
