This agreement is made on 25/03/2019 by shine service consultancy through
Its proposed director name g. Dasari viseswaraiah s/o goutham dala residing at
Benaka towers no. 3a, third floor, 8th cross, hal 2nd stage, kodihalli,
Indiranagar, bangalore – 560038.
To between ajith s/o ravi duraisamy residing at no.165, cross street,
Kesavanankuppam, vellore, pin code: 631102.
The agreement says for the purpose of travelling to work in crown
Construction pte ltd, singapore as a civil site engineer
For the salary range of 2500sd – 2900sd with free air ticket, food &
Accommodation.
Visa: s pass with 2 years validity, processing days: 20 to 25days
He has sent the scanned documents of passport (No: r0864700), qualification
Certificate, passport size photo and experience certificate on the dated of
28/02/2019 for the process to work in singapore.
For this work process, he paid the security deposit of rs.9000/- to our concern.
If you want to cancel this process, we will refund the amount of rs.9000/- within
24hours. Hence he has agreed to deduct our service charge from his salary. Every
Month we will deduct rs.12500/- from his salary upto 2 years
(24x12500=300000/-)
This agreement made by his acknowledgement for the process to work in
Singapore.
