Shine.com — no response received (for user id, password) after payment made for job post

We subscribed and paid rs. 1499/- to shine.com through website as on 9th march 2018. Later, no response received from the portal through email or calls for job post requirement after payment. Even no response received in sending emails, online chat made in shine portal and calling in customer care no.
