With reference to your mail, we would like to update that after thorough review of your case it was concluded that you have paid a total amount of 20058 /-. .The services were initiated on the basis of the verbal consent on the welcome call, it is the interaction between you and the servicing team in which we share the detail description and the benefit of the availed service.
Invoices were also shared for each transaction along with the services.
