[Resolved] Shine.com — reg: request to refund of money total of 13740 /- | |||||
Dear Madam/ Sir, On 28/08/2018 i received the call from shine.com executive DHEERAJ OJHA ( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]) and informed me about job service where they will conduct me interview with well know companies, and it cost 3000 INR. once i paid the 3000 INR, he request me to talk to his Sr. Executive SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]) and he will start the process saying with out informing me the total charges. once shiva started the process he asked me to pay 4944 INR once i proceeded with mentioned amount he again asked me to pay 5796 INR saying its a last charge, once again i proceeded with the mentioned amount. and again he asked me to pay 10000 INR. when i denied to pay 10000 and asked him to stop the process and refund the money, he saying he can't refund the amount and asked me to pay 10000 INR or i will loss my total money paid. the above executives of shine.com has not mentioned the total amount even after i request them to tell me the total amount before starting the process. total of Rs.13740 i have payed and now i don't want to proceed further and request you to please stop the process and refund the total amount of 13740 /- on urgent basis. The Shine.com executive names are given below. DHEERAJ OJHA ( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]). SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]). Even i have mail kept to shine.com customer care. but they are not responding me properly and asking me to have oral communication, i request them to have written communication in email, but they are completely stopped responding my emails. the mail communication is very big and cant attach them all, here i am attaching invoice of paid amount for your reference. I request to have every communication in written that is in email communication, i don't want to go with any oral communication. i have already requested the same in email what i wrote to shine customer care previously, the same thing you are keep repeating and asking me to have oral communication on phone which is not going to help me out.
