[Resolved] Shine.com — Regarding job service

I have taken a service from shine.com but i is more than two month now but i haven't received any response nor a call from their end.
Despite several reminders and spoken to them personally but nothing has been done so far, all my efforts went into vein, my transaction id is transaction id: cp[protected]
Even i have written a mail to atul dixit he is the main guy who is communicating to my queries, but he seems to be deaf ear. If this continues then i have to take this matter up to the higher authority.
