I was received a mail from shine.com with reference of, vacancy from toyota motors as a maintenance engineer. They are asking the resume for interview, after they are conducted first round, after that they are asking the profile verification certificate for second round interview for that they are asking rs.4300 as a processing fees of that. I paid through net banking name of ibm recruiters for this certificate, after that second round interview conducted via telecom and again they are asking money rs.16520 for ipa processing without given offer letter and company proof.

Congratulations for you. As you know that your technical round was conducted in toyota for maintenance engineer has been qualified. And your name has been forwarded as a selected candidate.

Now as per company guidelines we have to complete the documentation formalities. So by today we will submit the application for your ipa (In-principal approval) for the employment in japan. I hope the ipa will approve within 10 working according to mom (Ministry of manpower japan) guideline.

So we will have to send these documents for approval.
