[Resolved] Shine.com — shine is not providing the jobs on the move services which i opted and paid before 20 days | |||
Hi Team, I have opted for jobs on the move Services on 2nd May. I have been following up on. The same from long time I raised the questions several times and escalated the Service team issue .but no response has been received till date .I got the last welcome message on 13th May .till date no jobs links have been shared with me based in the Services commitment. On escalating the same on mail to shine group no response on the mail and even no one picks the customer service number.i can shared the mail communication till date with Shine team .shine has been worst. My mail [protected]@gmail.com.when I escalated and sent mails again and again, I got the response saying links will be shared tomorrow and I received two links which were not up to my preference shared as per the services commitment and one of them was referring to Java profile.
