[Resolved] Shine.com — shine.com your sales team is maligning your company name by giving piece mean information & cheating customer | |||||
Dear sir/madam I was informed of your service and paid for some of your service, instead of giving me service, your sales team went on selling different packages to me and giving me information in piecemeal manner. On understanding that the service will not be of optimal use to me, i had requested for a refund of money paid before initiating service. I told them please refund my money & i can't pay now more, they have done misbehave with me. Instead of closing the request your team continued the service initiation and are telling me that company doesn't have refund policy. It is appeal that reputed company like yours don't have a refund policy... Also have such kind of behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||||
