[Resolved]  Shine.com — site cheats

I made an order on date 27-9-19 from Shein.in .. Till now I didn't receive my order.. According to the shein site, customer should receive the order within 14 days but I didn't.. I tried so many times to shein site customer care by call and also by chat but every time they gave me assurance to take patience.. last time I assured by one of the customer care executive that I wil receive my order by 31-10-19 but I didn't received it yet.. They assured me that either I wil receive my order by 31st October or they will refund the amount automatically.. but there is no update I got from shein site.. please help me to resolve my problem as I Indian customer. This is the only hope I found..
