To whom it may concern,

This is pankaj shrivastava from delhi. As i got call through shine.com offering services to help me as job seeker. Initially i made a payment of 4696/ and after that they asked me to pay approx 15, 000 more for other services and i paid. Mr. Rajesh rana ([protected]) called me for that and now i am not able to contact him. I just want to make sure that you are really providing services or it was all fraud or scam.

It was your prompt response only for discussion. The fact is that it is almost a week since I payed 20, 000 and no response I got from shine.com regarding your services, only phone calls I get for services but nothing has been done so far. Resume writing not done, study material I have not received, and no calls from any company all across India. Now, I am feeling really cheated from shine.com. Only you have forwarded resume to consultancies which are also also asking to pay money to them. This is a big scam I am feeling. Because I have not received a single call from any company all across India.
