Shineprojob.com — fraud registration fee

Sir/Madam,
I received phone call from [protected] from shineprojobs. But the way they are pretended to be from shine.com. The lady as she told Neha Sharma mobile no. +91 [protected] and she told she is calling from Chandigarh. she told Rs.10 (Rupees Ten only) for registration, I paid Rs.10 through my HDFC netbanking, butshe told me that due to one common server money will show more but transaction will be happened only for INR 10 only. But when I received the SMS I have been debited by INR 50010.
I call to above said number, they told your amount mistakenly processed and they told they will refund. But their call is non reachable and busy. The transaction details are available with us from the net banking statement with the paytm number.
what to do, please clarify and help to refund my money

I received phone call from [protected] from shineprojobs.. she told Rs.10 (Rupees Ten only) for registration, i am pay Rs.10 through my ICICI Debit card, but i received ICICI sms after transaction Rs.990 deducted in NOIDA at PAYTM[protected] on 23/05/2018 at 15.30 Hrs.
I call to above said number, they told your amount mistakely process but they telling to give another debit card details, then only they will refund this information given through
what to do, please clarify and help to refund my money
