Shipler.in — non delivery of household goods even after 20 days

I had booked transfer of household goods from delhi to bhagalpur on 31 august 2017 & shipler has assured to deliver latest by 12 september 2017. It is 18 september 2017 and so far i have not received the household goods.
I spoke to shipler representative mr. Shiv shyam few times in last couple of days & came to know that my household goods are still in gurgaon gowdon with their partner "jyoti cargo".

Now none is receiving my call & become helpless now.

In this regard, i am raising my concern and want to lodge a complaint against shipler.in and requested to treat this matter on priority & deliver my household item without further delay in safe condition.

Still I am helpless & waiting to get any response from shipler support.
I have not received household goods so far even after around one month.
I am attaching screen shot of reminder emails sent to shipler support.
