Shiprocket — fake delivery attempts rto initiated | |||||
We are using shiprocket to for logistics purposes, from last 17 days they can't solve our issue, already send several emails, messages, call to there customers support. Due to lack of response one of our order initiated for rto, same type issue was happened on september 2019 for which they have refunded both side shipping charges.
