My name is Sumaiya from Chennai and I am doing Ecommerce business. I booked a COD pickup via Shiprocket on Jan 5th. The pickup pin code is 600083 and drop is 636138. I got 2 options out of which I chose Ekart logistics as the rating was high. The pick up never happened till date (Jan 14th). I have been fighting with these guys they are just replying that they are talking to logistics. One guy from ekart called me on Jan 10th twice, which I missed. So I called him back at 6 PM. He said he called to find out the address. I said all the address and 2 phone numbers are already given. He says he did not see those info there. So he did not come for pick up and so he reached home while the shiprocket guys are giving time till 7 PM. This guy is sitting at home at 6 PM He said he will attempt on 11th Jan. So on 11th Jan I called that guy by 10.45 and asked when he is coming, he did not reply and hung the phone. Then again called at 2.45, 4.38, 4.40, 4.41 he never answered. Also tried reaching Shiprocket customer support they keep asking time. Finally the ekart guy called me and said he is in the street. We went out and waited. Fnally he says he was there only now and came for another pick up. He said he will come in 10mins but never appeared. We were waiting on road for 30 mins. After this I asked shiprocket to cancel the pickup and refund my Rs. 500 which they asked to recharge their wallet. Till date they are just moving the pickup date to next day and no other action taken.
Now, I sent the courier through other services in which COD is not an option. I took this risk and after the customer receives the courier she has to gpay me. This is a risk to me. And I have my legs broken and with this leg I had to go all the way and wait on the road for the courier guy. The amount stress these guys caused is too high. Worst. I need my refund of Rs. 500 and a fine of Rs. 5000 as a compensation for wasting my time and energy.
