I sent a parcel to mantra main office in ahmedabad to repair customer mantra device it was not delivered on 8 january so according to shiprocket policy it should be returned to me within 10 days but it could not reach so i can attempt the delivery again for repair because customer was also angry i waited for my product till 15 january but i didnot get any response when i called for query they told me to wait for 2 to 3 days but still no response ..i again called them and again no response the told me that they raised a query with ekart and will delivered within 3 days again but still not got any response i again called them on 29 january but still no response then i raised a complaint about this to you but you sent me a mail or when i checked the status was disposed i called them on 31 january today but they told me to wait till thursday ... because of this i gave a new device to the customer
my device valued 2200 rs
shiprocket delivery and return charge approx 100 rs
new device worth i gave to customer 2450rs mantra mfs 100
