Shishya Beml Public School — school front office staff not behaving properly

My son studies at shishya beml public school, bangalore.
In diary its written to bring a printed earthern pot on friday (Today).
Yesterday night for that we roamed in shops and got it.
Today morning forgot to send, then we went to school to give it.

Front office ladies didn't permitted. This is second time we are getting bad experience with them. They have too much attitude. Not answering in phone properly.

I tried calling in pearson website published phone number also. But not working.
