Shobhit University — I didn't received my convocation certificate

Myself "suryprakash kukudala" who did executive mba from shobit university in year[protected] via impc global education i have been following up with them from few years now.

Roll no : 166312

Attached are my shobit marksheet & provisional certificate but i would like to have my convocation certificate as well.

Can you please let me know what is the required process to apply for it?
It will be great help for my career as i need to apply for usa visa soon its quite urgent now. Please help.
