I bought an iball andy in march 8 2016 it has 1 year of warranty therefore it battery has been damaged so i request you to exchange it as soon as possible hope you will take some action it is very urgent for me to make my phone work again hope you do help your customers and i have been calling you customer care since 1 week but there was no response .
