[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Complaint against refund | |||||
My order no. is [protected] in the name of Ms. Urvi. I have ordered nicer dicer and juicer combo on 18/09/2016 when i received it was used a damaged product so i request to refund my money of Rs.999 bt till date after calling so many times, after giving so many times my bank details i didnt receive my money. I am very disappointed with shop cj service its a worst shopping site or company i have ever seen. Its a request to plzz provide my refund else i have to go to consumer court for getting my money.
