[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Jewellery | |||||
I have ordered jewellery from Shop cj. They took 7-10 days for delivery, but the product was very poor in quality. Stones were missing. I requested to return it but their customer care guy said they can't take it but exchange it. I said ok exchange it but again I got the defective product and again asked them to take it back and return my money. Its been more than 13 day, no one has come to pick up. They lost all my trust. Very unprofessional behaviour. I wish i could have see their negative review before I ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
