[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — money not returned even after 10 days | |
I tried to book a saree on 6th october and entered all the card details and suddenly "oops something went wrong" msg appeared on my phone screen and simultaneously i received a message from the bank regarding amount deduction through shopcj. Just after that i called customer care of shopcj to tell everthing and they told me that your order is not placed and will get the money back with in 24 working hours. But i did not get my money so i called again after 48 hours and they asked me to had a talk their senior managaer smita... Then i again shared all that happening and she asked me to send an email with registered mobile no [protected] and the snapshot of message from bankside... I did that also and got only an auto generated email with"reference number assigned to your query is 5984710" nothing more than that happened till date. Instead of giving money back today i received an email titled with "issue has been resolved" and no other initiative. Feeling harrased. : ( Was this information helpful? | |
