Refund has not been done yet. You make your clients keep calling you and every time your ibr system is not working. Is my money going to be refunded and when?
Your customer care executives are rude and have no ways of speaking or extending help.
Everytime your executives give different information regarding the refund.
Besides you have sent the wrong items that i have ordered and informed that the delivery charges of rs 151 will not be paid only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Request you to reply to my complaint immediately and inform about the refund.

I placed order with Order ID [protected] but the product was defective and I initiated the refund process and the product was taken back from me and till now I have not received my refund Amount I call them everyday and they give fake promises but no revert and no refund to my account.
