[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Product return n complain against not refunding the amount

I have returned the shefiled kettle as it was broken while getting the delivery.
order number - [protected].

courier people have taken the product back on 13th dec and on 14th i have submitted my account details for cash refund. but till date haven't received single penny back. the submission msg says that i was suppose to get the fund in 2 - 3 days.

Need Justification...!!!
