Dear Sir/Mam, I have placed an order with shop cj. At the time of delivery damaged product received and same returned. It's been more than 13 days from returning no response and updated received from concern. My order Number: [protected] Return pick up receipt Number:[protected] Vendor name on the return receipt: Star CJ-vendor Product: Jewelry Lottery by tiara jewels No mail proof I am having with me since it was booked through my registered mobile number (over phone - by TV add). But I have message confirmation for all activities from shop cj. Neither my money refunded nor product exchanged. customer care people not responding properly. Also I spent more than 150 Rs. for phone call to customer care. Please file a complaint on shop cj and help me to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
