[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Issue for exp date and voucher | |||
I have ordered item code VLCC after watching the TV Advertisement on Shop Channel...As per that abver. All products will be 36 months expiry period and 500/-cash back vouchers will also be delivered.but when I rec'd. Order the all products are having only 15 months expiry period and 500/- Cash back vouchers are also not delivered. This is very disappointing commitment from Shop CJ channel. Wrong size of kurtas are Delivered 2 months before yet now resolved customer care not resolving jst putting d call on hold n not responding.plz resolve it as soon as possible.
