[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — reverse pickup not done from 2 months | |
My name is sweta pandey. I make an order with shopcj of femiro po4 essentials tops. At september 01, 2017. I received the delivery of the product at september 06, 2017. When i open the packet i found that there is some items are missing in the packet. Then i make a call to shopcj on [protected] and tell that issue. They guys will give me the assurance that the product will picked up from my home after 48 hrs. After 48 hrs. A delivery boy came to my address from the courier but he denied to picking my product because the product is incomplete. I asked him that why are you not pick this product then he said that the poduct is incomplete andhe have to make a complaint about this incomplete product to shopcj. And whenever the complaint is approved, he will pick my product from my address and from that day continuisly calling to shopcj and they also saying that you pickup will be done with in 48 hrs, sometime saying 3 days, andsometime saying 7 days today is 07/10/2017 a fully month gone but still now pickup not done.
