[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — sarees ordered from shop cj shopping website | |||||
Hi, I m complaining about the order which i have placed for the product named rangrez sarees worth rs.999+99 shipping charges. First of all i didn't received the same product which i ordered as i ordered rangrez sarees and i received kanooda sarees. Secondly as after i received that order and found that the product i received is not the same and one of the saree was also found defected.. I called to the customer care and informed them and complained about the product mismatch and defect. They took my complaint for the return of the product and put me on hold two-three times and told me to connect with there senior executive but every time the call didn't connected.in this process they wasted my 20/-rs approx. Then they said that there senior executive will call me within 24-48hours. But every time the call comes and their was no one on the other side.. The call goes blank and after few seconds it cuts. This i faced continuously 3 days. I m continuously taking follow ups per day and they every time told me that ur complaint is taken regarding return of the product and the delivery boy will soon (3-5 working days) pick up the product. And then some executive called with the same number from which i was getting blank calls and like she was pressurizing me that i have to accept the product which i recieved and she is closing the complaint. Without revolving my issue how could she just closed my complaint.. This pathetic experience which i faced is just ridiculous and unexpected. I just want my query resolved as i want to return back this product and my amount refunded back that's it.. And even now i don't want any exchanged product.
