[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Unable to get gift item against VLCC products | |||||
I am Mirza Haider Ali & mobile number is [protected]. I had booked a VLCC product to ShopCj & some products are missed in packets/order & for the same I had logged a complaint. after 3 to 4 days his executive come & change the product with new packed product & at that time he said please return your old all things related to last delivery. so we have handover all the things to your executive. When we open the exchanged product we saw massager(gift Item) is missing in the exchanged packet & immediately we called his executive that massager is missing in this packet so please return my old massager but he said to complaint it our customer care, from last 2/3 week I am approaching customer care number & every time they give me a time of 2 days so my humble request to you that look into the matter & return my gift because they are not giving any reply & always send a massage that your "Expected TAT for resolution in approx. 3-5 days" Complaint Number : [protected]. i a requesting to you please take a necessary action on SHOPCJ team. i am attaching following documents 1.
