[Resolved] Shop CJ — Product delivered not appropriate | |||
I had ordered one electrolux 26 litre microwave from Shop CJ but the product i received is only 20 litre instead of 26 litre ...inspite of regular calls and complaints no action has been taken ...Shop CJ are CHEATERS ... My order no is[protected] dated 8 Aug 2015 received on 11 Aug 2015 ...i had ordered 26 litres microwave. But they have provided me with 20 litres only.. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir/Madam, i regret to say that nothing has been done to my complaint only they call and say that they will soon contact me but in vain ...shop cj is not resolving my problem ...this complaint is now nearly 9 months old and they r not resolving my complaint SHOP CJ Network customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

nothing has been done about my complaint only they call giving assurance saying that they wil resolve my complaint soon but in vain ...now the complaint is nearly 9 months old
