[Resolved] Shop CJ — Return refund | |||||
I had ordered parkour sport shoes (Poid [protected]) from shop cj in april 2017 and wrong size was delivered. Shoes were returned and picked up by their person on around 10 may, but the refund is not yet credited to my bank account. I had called around 10-15 times to their customer care executives and also gave my bank details to their managers 3 times. They register the complaint everytime but there is no revert. Its so embarrassing and a great waste of time dealing with shop cj. One is so busy in his personal and professional lives that can't get time to deal with such issues everyday. I don't think this is such a cumbersome process that it is taking this much of time to refund the amount. I am indulging in all this from last 2 months and really fed up. It is very worst response, I have experienced with ShopCJ as I had placed an order (Id-[protected]) and when opened it, found some defect in product and I want to refund my money but shopCJ executive deny for refund.
Customer satisfaction is very important in business. If customer satisfy then he admire and suggest to 4-5 persons further but if customer does not satisfy then he spread negative response to 16-20 persons.
