Shop Osum — faulty and dummy watches received.

I am Dnyaneshwar, I ordered fastrack watches on date 17 august from shoposum website link which found on Facebook and received on 22 August then I opened this box and it found dummy and totally damaged watches then I call to bluedart courier boy then he said I am not responsible for that so I request and suggest all another people don't order any type of products, material from shoposum it is purely unsatisfied shopping website.

I have to return those product and as per there terms they have return policy of 7 days and not giving reply to mail..
