I ordered for a smartwatch online from www.shop101.com, which is delivered different, fake and faulty. And customer support is not responding. Order details are given below.
Picture of product is attached, which they are showing on Website but the product is totally different.

Shop101 contacted me and explained that they identified the faulty seller and they got the same complaints from other buyers too. And they are taking action against the seller. And they refund the full amount which was paid by me. Thanks to ICCF.

I boughta watch from shop101 but didnt get which same like this he send very lover quality diffrent watch i'l pay for this 2000 .
Plz return and refund for this .
It such a bad experiance from this side
Shop customer care not responding,
