Shopaaz.com — Didn't get product either amount

I booked a Redmi 3s prime (order id 104946) phone from shopaaz.com and paid 8499/- on 08th of May 2017.

I haven't yet got my product and their customer service number is also not working.
They have given 7days of time to deliver but i still didnt got my product its already 21days from booking and refund is in 7 working days.

kindly let me know what to do now against this fraud company there are so many complaint about this company.
