Shopaaz.com — This a fraud company and cheated while refunding my money

I have ordered a mobile named redmi 3s prime of order id:#105484 from shopaaz.com on 9/5/17 then i've received a order confirmation message from that site that "your order has been confirmed and you will get your product within 7 working days" but after some days i've got a message that"your order has been cancelled due to out of stock and you will be refunded within 7 working days from the day of cancellation" but now it is since 2 months i've neither got any message regarding the refund nor any response from their side. When i try to call to their customer care number:[protected] they are not receiving it nor they received the enquiry from my side. Where as it is clearly written that "all day 24*7" "live chat" so now i'm going to put a fir against the fraud company.
