[Resolved] ShopCJ — Fraud.. Theives... Cheaters... Very poor customer service... Unprofessionals | |||||
I have ordered for an intex phone from shopcj, after watching their tv ad on 17th march, have received the product on 19th march (My order no. Was [protected]) and did not find it upto the mark, so i called shopcj customer care on 21st march morning to return the product and they told me to contact intex. I called up intex and they told me to talk to shopcj only. I then again speak to shopcj customer center and had also written an email, in the evening of 21st march, i received call from mr. Vishal who bluntly told me to talk to intex only and that they cannot return my money. My concern is why should i speak with intex, when i have purchase the product from shopcj. They are very unprofessional and hardly make returns and refunds. They are cheaters and thieves... Never buy product from shopcj Was this information helpful? | |||||
