[[ shopcj delay the return request, they do not pickup their product and don't give me my refund. Which is... Rs.1098 + rs.100 (This is my courier charges) means total rs.1198 ]]

I have ordered a product in shopcj by teleshopping because of size issues i have return request on 19-may-2017... But today 5-july-2017 which means 46 days ago... Return request but still no progress.
I want my money...

mujhe kha gya tha ki aapka courier charges aapke refund Ke sath hi de diya jayega ...pr esa kuch ni huaa h...

I don't know ...is issue ko itna lamba kyu kiya ja raha h...

This is very worst service in my life...

Updated by divi92 Sir Maine aap se kitni baar mail Ke through kha h ki mujhe Mera 100 Rs ka refund sirf money Ke form me hi chahiye..mujhe koi shopCG points ni chahiye h...aur is bare me meri aap ki Customer care executive se starting me hi baat ho gai thi ...so aap mera refund kr de ...jis taraf isse pehle aap ne 1098 ka kiya h...

Aur aap mere se mail Ke through contact kr sakte h ...jaisa abhi tk aap longo ne kiya h ...

ye issue mere liye head ache banta ja raha h sir...

19 may 2017 to 26 July 2017 approx 67 days ago to return request ...
